Our Fees

A complimentary one hour meeting is offered for all prospective clients. This affords the opportunity to meet each other in person, talk about your upcoming project and look at any plans or drawings, view our portfolio of completed projects, and discuss fee arrangement. It is not a consultation with design advice, but rather a meeting to gather information about each other.

After the initial meeting, a Letter of Agreement with specific details and fees will be presented to the Client ..
